Organizational structure
Envidom association established by the Founding Deed the annex of which are Statutes and entered in the Register of Interest Groups of legal entities kept by the Regional Office in Bratislava.
Managing and control bodies of Envidom are built in the interest of as big transparency as possible.
The highest body is the General Meeting on which the representatives of the founding members are entitled to vote and decide on matters such as the level of visible recycling fees, approval of budgets and financial statements, change of association statutes, election and withdrawal of the members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, cancellation of the association.
On the General Meeting the participants of the collective systems or their proxies which in the form of the contract conclusion with association accessed the collective system of back collection, separated collection and disposal of electrical waste the operation, functioning and organization or which is secured by the association.
The Board of Directors is the executive body. Its competencies include especially the following:
- it submits annual financial statements to the General Meeting for approval
- once a year it submits to the General Meeting the report on the activity of the association and on the state of its property – it informs the Supervisory Board on all facts which may substantially affect the development of activity and the state of property of the association, especially its liquidity,
- it participates in the sessions of the Supervisory Board at the request of the Supervisory Board
- it submits proposals for the entry/change of entry of all data which are entered in the register of associations kept by the Regional Office in Bratislava, within 30 days from the date of their origination,
- it keeps a list of members of the association
- it processes annual financial budget of the association, it submits it for approval to the General Meeting and it is responsible for its fulfilment
The Board of Directors has eight members, six members are elected by the representatives of large household appliances and two members are elected by the representatives of small household appliances (HA). The representative of small HAs is entitled to veto the decision of the Board of Directors, if it concerns expressly small HAs.

The Managing Director is the statutory body acting on behalf of the ENVIDOM association. The task of the Managing Director is to secure operation of the association, continuity of its activity, coordination of its activities and implementation of the decisions of the General Meeting and the Board of Directors upon the decisions of the Board of Directors. It is responsible for organization and management of common activity of the association and it is responsible against the Board of Directors.
The Supervisory Board consists of six members, four members are elected by the representatives of large HAs and two members are elected by the representatives of small household appliances (HA).
